These terms are an agreement between you and Heyskin for using Hey Skin. By using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Not medical advice
Hey Skin's skin scores, label checks and coach replies are created by AI and are general information only. They are not a diagnosis or treatment, and they can be wrong. Always read product labels, patch test new products, and see a dermatologist or doctor for skin conditions, reactions, pregnancy questions or before stopping or starting medicine. In an emergency, get medical help straight away.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, use the app with a parent's or guardian's knowledge.
- Keep your Google or Apple account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no uploading photos of other people without their permission, no illegal or harmful content, no attempts to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service, and no automated access. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your content
Photos, messages and answers you add stay yours. You let us store and process them, including through our AI providers, only to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy.
5. Free plan, Hey Skin Pro and limits
The app is free to use. AI features have a daily limit, and features may change, pause or end.
Hey Skin Pro is an optional subscription that raises the daily AI limit. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Hey Skin account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
6. Products and affiliate links
Product suggestions are ranked by how well they fit your skin, not by commission. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases happen on the store's own site, under its terms. We are not responsible for products, prices, delivery or sellers.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always online.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for any reaction, injury or loss caused by following AI suggestions, using products, or relying on the app instead of professional advice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app when a change is important. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting any rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.
