Delete your account

You can delete your Hey Skin account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Hey Skin and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate.
Paying for Hey Skin Pro? Deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Without the app
Email contact@heyskin.app or use the support form (topic "Privacy or my data") from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, include the relay address Apple shows in your Apple ID settings. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile and quiz answers
- Selfies, skin scores and scan history
- Coach chats and coach memory
- Routine, products, ratings and feedback
- Support messages and our replies
- Usage data linked to your account
What may be kept
- Anonymous, combined statistics that cannot identify you
- Usage data from before you signed in, linked only to a random install id
- Anything we must keep by law
